Source of How to add an event to the MLC calendar


  MLC has a [public calendar](https://mlcollective.org/events/#cal) that display all our events (and MLC events are **always** open to all).

The calendar is managed by MLC admin (who can be contacted via the Discord channel `#ask-an-admin`), as well as certain Interest Group mods. Specifically, the following Interest Group accounts have edit access:

- fsdl@mlcollective.org
- natural-language-processing@mlcollective.org
- phys-informed-ml@mlcollective.org
- reinforcement-learning@mlcollective.org
- robotics@mlcollective.org

If you'd like to request — either persisting or one-off — edit access to the MLC calendar, kindly ask in the `#ask-an-admin` channel on Discord, or email `hello@mlcollective.org`, or reach out to your Interest Group mods if you belong to one of the above Interest Groups.

When you make the event, please be sure to add abundant information to the invitation body for inclusivity.
